Our Staff...

Annemarie Leipply is originally from Geislingen Germany.  She has been a part of the Falls since she immigrated to the United States and has owned and guided The Golden Goose for the past twelve years.  Her in depth practical knowledge of the restaurant industry and her firm grounding in traditional Swabian food provides her the essential current real world expertise, skill, and knowledge to successfully direct overall restaurant operations.

While location, parking, price, and quality contribute to a restaurant's success, without efficient utilization of space and unifying design a service establishment will never reach its full potential.  Martina Bruno, born in Kuchen (Cake), Germany, (no, we're not kidding) is a published photo stylist in both food and interior design and has studied and worked with some of the most prominent chefs and photograhers in the country.  Martina is an expert in organizational techniques and is currently pursuing her Master Gardening certification to further round out her skills.  She has already made an immediate impact on our appearance and would love to have you stop by to see her many ideas at work!   

Michael Bruno is originally from Solon, Ohio and has his Masters in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.  Michael developed his love for baking through his family (also from Germany) and on his many visits to his ancestral country. Michael finally realized his true passion ten years into a Marine Corps career and taught himself his craft through studying the techniques of such internationally acclaimed masters as Gaston Lenotre, Bernd Heinemann, and Jeffrey Hammelman. In 2007, Michael supplemented his knowledge by attending the Pastry Arts Program at L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
